Energy Healing

 

My art and spiritual practices are intertwined and complimentary. As a practitioner and teacher of energy healing, I trained in Tera Mai Reiki in 2009, later adding Seichem, Magnified Healing, and sound healing to my transformational bag of tricks. In 2024, I was initiated into Rising Star and Prema Birthing, two beautiful and potent healing systems.

I have seen energy healing support people through stress, burnout, grief and depression, creative blocks, personal ruts and more. It’s a powerful compliment to traditional medical treatments and a lovely preventative tool to keep you in flying form.

  • This is my special sauce of energy work and sound healing. I work primarily with Reiki (earth energy), Seichem (earth, water, air and fire energy), crystal singing bowls and sacred tuning forks. During a session you will hear the Love Frequency (also known as the Miracle Tone), as well as tones that connect the planets with your energy centres (chakras).

    A session clears energetic stagnation and replenishes you with beautiful healing energy. Clients often fall asleep, and it is not uncommon for cathartic tears to arise. For best results, three sessions spaced at least three weeks apart are recommended. Each one encourages deeper relaxation, helping the mind release so older issues can surface. I have personally witnessed profound transformations when clients commit to a full series.

    I also create mini-sculptures from glass and other materials, inspired by what I see through my third eye during your healing. Each piece holds the essence of your session.

  • If you are looking for swift transformation and healing, this treatment is for you.

    Rising Star healing is gentle yet powerful, drawing from healing traditions across India, Tibet, China, Japan and Europe. A session can release trapped emotions, rebalance the body, relieve anxiety and depression, and promote self-love and empowerment. It addresses both the symptoms and root cause of dis-ease, making it a truly comprehensive treatment.

    How It Works

    The Rising Star channels energy from Source (Universe) to the Source within the client through the chakra system. During a session, I facilitate pure, high-vibrational energy to flow through my hands from my heart directly into the client. The energy finds where it is needed most.

    It works on the five elements: fire, water, air, earth and ether, raising the vibration of your energy fields so your entire being can begin to balance and heal. The energy continues working after the session, clearing the chakra and auric system for 21 days across three cycles of the seven chakras. Three weeks between sessions is recommended.

    While a single session brings real benefits, three sessions are optimal, with each allowing deeper relaxation and access to deeper issues.

  • The Prema Birthing Healing System traces back to the ancient sleep temples of Egypt, the secret teachings of the mystery schools, and Tibetan and Hindu yogi knowledge.

    The energetic womb created during the healing session, combined with the intention to heal and open to the best version of ourselves, helps us manifest a whole new reality.

    You may notice habitual patterns, addictions, self-sabotage, phobias, anxiety, and other patterns drop away, making room for new perspectives and more peace in your life. In my experience, the benefits of Prema Birthing tend to unfold gently over the course of months.
