Energy Healing

 

My art and spiritual practices are intertwined and complimentary. As a practitioner and teacher of energy healing, I trained in Tera Mai Reiki in 2009, later adding Seichem, Magnified Healing, and sound healing to my transformational bag of tricks. In 2024, I was initiated into Rising Star and Prema Birthing, two gorgeous and potent healing systems.

Energy healing can help with stress relief, overcoming burnout, navigating grief or depression, releasing old patterns, unlocking creativity, and moving through personal ruts (personal experience!). It’s a powerful compliment to traditional medical treatments as well as a preventetive measure to keep you feeling good. I offer in-person sessions in Co. Sligo, Ireland, and remote sessions via phone or Zoom, are available worldwide.

  • If you are looking for swift transformation and healing in your life, I would recommend this treatment.

    A Rising Star healing is very gentle and powerful; it incorporates the essence of many other healing systems found in India, Tibet, China, Japan, and Europe.

    A session can help to release trapped emotions, re-balance the physical body, relieve anxiety, depression and promote self-love and empowerment.

    A Rising Star brings healing to all levels, addressing both the symptoms and the cause of the dis-ease; making it a super comprehensive and effective treatment.

    How It Works:

    The Rising Star works by directing energy from Source (Universe) to the Source within the client, through the chakra system.

    During a session I facilitate pure, high vibrational energy to flow into the client through my hands from my heart. The energy knows where it’s needed most.

    The healing works on the five elements; fire, water, air, earth and ether, raising the vibration of your energy fields so your entire being can start to balance and heal.

    The energy work continues after the session to clear the chakra and auric system for 21 days, moving through the 7 energy points (chakras) three times. As such, 3 weeks between sessions is best.

    While one-off session have great benefits, three sessions are optimal. Each session promotes deeper relaxation, allowing the mind to let go, so deeper issues can be addressed.

  • This is my special sauce of energy work and sound healing. I primarily use Reiki (earth energy), Seichem (earth, water, air and fire energy), my crystal singing bowls and sacred tuning forks. During a session you will hear the Love Frequency aka the Miracle Tone, as well as tones which connect the planets with your energy centres (chakras).

    This session will help to clear out any energetic stagnation and top you up with some beautiful vibes. Clients often fall asleep during a session and it's normal that it might bring out some cathartic tears.

    For the best results, I recommend three sessions, spaced at least three weeks apart. Each healing encourages deeper relaxation, helping the mind release and allowing old issues to surface. I’ve personally witnessed big transformations when clients commit to this level of healing via a series of sessions.

    I also create mini-sculptures from glass and other materials, based on what I see through my third eye during your healing. These pieces hold the essence of your session.

  • The Prema Birthing Healing System can be traced back to the ancient sleep temples of Egypt, secret teachings of the mystery schools, as well as Tibetan and Hindu yogi knowledge.

    Benefits:

    The energetic womb created during the healing session, combined with the intention to heal and open to the best version of ourselves, helps us manifest a whole new reality.

    You may notice habitual patterns, addictions, self-sabotage, phobias, anxiety, and other patterns drop away - making room for new perspectives and more peace in your life. In my experience, the benefits of Prema Birthing tend to unfold gently over the course of months.
